NOSTALGYA – First Issue Cardholder Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by NOSTALGYA (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to individuals aged 18 and above at the time of entry.

2.2 Not eligible: Employees, agents, contractors, partners, affiliates of the Organiser and their immediate family/household members.

2.3 We may request proof of eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

2.4 For eligibility, individuals entering this campaign must be followers of NOSTALGYA social media page.

3. Campaign Period

3.1 The campaign runs from 23rd Jan 2026, Friday to 24th Feb 2026, UTC 23:59 ("Campaign period').

3.2 Entries received outside the Campaign period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter?

4.1 Enter by submitting a valid email address and phone number via the official NOSTALGYA landing page during the Campaign period. 

4.2 One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries (including via multiple emails/phone numbers) may be disqualified.

4.3 No purchases required. 

5. Prize

5.1 100 winners will each receive one (1) NOSTALGYA cardholder (“Prize”). The Prize item is provided at no cost.

5.2 The Prize excludes all shipping fees, taxes, duties, levies, customs charges, brokerage/handling fees, and any other charges, which must be borne by the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Material Allocation

6.1 Prizes consist of:
• 50 Structured Croc cardholders;
• 50 Soft Suede cardholders.

6.2 Material allocation is random and cannot be selected, exchanged or substituted.

7. Winner Notification & Claim

7.1 Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days after the Campaign period ends.

7.2 Winners must follow the instructions in the email to confirm shipping details and pay all applicable charges

8. Shipping & Fulfilment

8.1 Shipping fees are not included and must be paid by the winner. We will provide payment instructions and/or payment link. 

8.2 Payment deadline: Failure to complete shipping payment within seven (7) days of the notification email may result in forfeiture of the prize at our discretion, and we may select an alternate winner.

8.3 Processing time: Prizes will typically be processed for dispatch within three (3) business days after (i) shipping payment is received and (ii) complete and accurate shipping details are provided.

8.4 Estimated delivery time: Delivery estimates vary by destination and courier. It may typically range from ten (10) to twenty (20) business days after dispatch. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

8.5 Address accuracy: Winners are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed delivery or delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection.

8.6 Customs and import clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance delays. Any documentation requests from couriers/customs authorities are the winner’s responsibility.

9. Shipping Restrictions, Sanctions & Legal Compliance 

9.1 Restricted destinations: We may be unable to ship to certain countries/regions due to sanctions, export controls, courier restrictions, customs limitations, security restrictions, or applicable laws & regulations.

9.2 Compliance requirements: winners must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or requesting shipment to any destination prohibited by applicable trade restrictions, sanctions laws, export controls or courier policies. We may require additional information to confirm eligibility for shipping.

9.3 Right to refuse/void fulfilment: If shipping is not possible or lawful (including due to sanctions, restrictions, legal requirements, or courier limitations), we may (at our discretion):
• cancel fulfilment of the Prize; and/or
• treat the Prize as forfeited; and/or
• select an alternate winner.
No compensation will be provided in such circumstances except where required by law.

10. Taxes, Duties & Additional Charges

10.1 Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, import charges, VAT/GST, brokerage/handling fees, and any other costs associated with receipt or use of the Prize.

10.2 We will not reimburse or cover these charges under any circumstances unless required by law.

11. Selection Method

11.1 Winners will be selected at random. 

11.2 Our decision is final to the extent permitted by law.

12. No Cash Alternative/Transfer

12.1 Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit or alternatives.

12.2 We may substitute the Prize with an item of similar value if the original becomes unavailable.

13. Risk, Damage in Transit & Limitation of Liability

13.1 Risk in transit: To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss and damage passes to the winner upon dispatch of the Prize.

13.2 No liability for damage during shipping: We are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, delay, or non-delivery occurring during shipping or after the Prize is dispatched, including damage caused by courier handling, customs inspection, weather, or other events outside our control.

13.3 Claims: Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be raised by the winner directly with the courier (where applicable). We may, at our discretion, share shipment information (e.g., tracking) to assist.

13.4 General limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Campaign or use/receipt of the Prize.

14. Returns, Exchanges & Defects

14.1 No returns or exchanges: The Prize is provided on an “as-is” basis and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except as expressly stated in this Clause 14 and to the extent required by applicable law.

14.2 Exclusions: This clause does not cover:
• damage, wear and tear, or defects caused by shipping/courier handling, customs inspection, misuse, improper storage, accidents, alterations, or normal use;
• dissatisfaction with material allocation, colour, texture, or appearance variations; or
• issues arising from incorrect address details provided by the winner.

14.3 Assessment & decision: We may require additional information, and our decision on defect verification and the appropriate remedy is final to the extent permitted by law.

15. Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, extend, or cancel the Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

16. Personal Data

By entering, participants consent to us collecting and using their email address to administer the Campaign, contact winners, and fulfil Prizes, in accordance with applicable law and our privacy practices.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates
