Refund policy


1) Return window 

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.  

2) Return eligibility 

To be eligible, items must be: 

  • unused, unwashed, and unworn; 

  • in original condition with tags attached; 

  • returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging); 

  • confirmed by customer service before proceeding with the return. 

We may refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, staining, odors, or alteration. 

3) How to start a return 

  • Order number; 

  • Item(s) you want to return; 

  • Reason for return; and 

  • Photos (required for defects/damage). 

4) Defective or incorrect items 

If your item is defective (due to manufacturing) or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.  

5) Change of mind / sizing issues 

For returns due to change of mind or size/fit, return shipping is paid by the customer. 

6) Return shipping & return location 

Customers are responsible for ensuring returns are packaged securely and shipped with tracking. 

7) Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued as web store credit. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.  

Notwithstanding the above, your returns must be eligible as mentioned in paragraph (2) above.

8) Duties, taxes & customs fees on returns 

Any duties/taxes paid on delivery (for DAP destinations) are non-refundable. If a return incurs customs charges when shipped back to us, those fees may be deducted from your refund. 

9) Non-returnable items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept non-returnable items (e.g., hygiene items or final sale).
