TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms apply to purchases from NOSTALGYA on nostalgya.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). 

1) ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept when we email an order/shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund if we can’t fulfil your order (stock issue, payment issue, obvious listing error, or any reasons allowed by Law). 

2) PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in USD. Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown. Prices may change, but not for confirmed orders. 

3) SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, customs, or peak periods. Please ensure your address is correct. 

4) DDP (DUTIES & TAXES INCLUDED)
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where offered, meaning import duties/taxes are included and collected at checkout (shown during checkout). If you are charged import fees for a DDP order, contact us with proof and we’ll review and resolve where applicable. 

5) RETURNS & REFUNDS (14 DAYS)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (see our Returns Policy). Returns must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging. Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., hygiene items or final sale), where allowed by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive/inspect the return.  

6) FAULTY / WRONG ITEMS
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law. 

7) BRAND RIGHTS
All site content (logos, photos, text, designs) belongs to us and can’t be used without permission. 

8) LIABILITY
Nothing here limits consumer rights that can’t be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. 

9) PRIVACY
We handle personal data under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. 

10) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
