  1. Delivery Options 

All our orders are handled and delivered with care through our selected delivery partner. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, enabling you to track your parcel in real-time. 

 

  1. Delivery Coverage & Service Areas 

We currently deliver only to selected areas. Available delivery locations will be shown at checkout. If your area isn’t listed, we are unable to deliver there. 

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes 

Our delivery timelines vary slightly based on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times (i.e 7-14 days) are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, customs, or peak periods 

 

  1. Important Delivery Notes 

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may be returned to the depot or to us. Re-delivery fees may apply. 

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout to avoid delays. 

  • Missed Deliveries: If missed, will typically contact you directly to arrange redelivery. 

  • Weather & Holiday Delays: Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather. 

  1. Order Tracking 

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.
